Jobs you can actually get, found for you every day.

Most job sites show you everything and leave you to sort it out. We do the opposite. Every day we search for roles that fit what you asked for, and we check each one is still open. Then we rank them by your odds, not by how good the job sounds. Each one comes with a plain reason it fits, the gap if there is one, and a draft cover letter for that exact posting.

  • Every link fetched and confirmed live
  • Ranked by your odds
  • A draft letter per role

No free tier and no trial. Your first search runs the moment you pay.

How it works

Four things, done every day

Tell us once what you are after. Every morning there are new roles on your board, already checked, already sorted by what you can get, each with a letter started. Thumbs-down the ones that miss and say why. Tomorrow's search uses it.

01 · Search

Where the jobs actually are

We read applicant tracking systems directly. We also follow company career pages, society boards, university and hospital portals, and public feeds. Not just the big aggregators everyone else has already searched.

02 · Verify

Nothing you cannot open

Our server fetches every posting before it reaches your board. If it does not load, you never see it. A board full of dead links is worse than an empty one.

03 · Judge

Sorted by your odds

We read each role against your resume and put it in one of three tiers, by whether you could really get it. We leave out far more than we show. Four you could get beat twenty you could not.

04 · Draft

A letter for that posting

Tier 1 and 2 roles get a cover letter for that exact posting. It uses only what is in your resume. It is a draft for you to edit, and we say so on every one.

Coverage right now

Openings already in the pool

Counted from our own database at the top of this hour. These are postings we fetched ourselves, that answered, and that we have not found closed since. We share the search across everyone looking for similar work. That is why this costs $20 a month, and not what a daily search per person would.

The three tiers

Sorted by your odds, not the job's appeal

This is what makes the board worth opening. A job that would suit you with five more years behind you is not a tier 1 role. Saying it is wastes your evening.

Tier 1

Apply this week

You meet what they asked for. Or you are close enough that it is not the thing that would stop you.

Tier 2

Apply anyway

It asks for a bit more than you have. The gap is arguable, and the letter can make that case honestly.

Tier 3

Check before you spend time

Worth a look, but something real is missing. A licence, a clearance, years you do not have yet. We say which.

Optical Systems Engineer I

Marlborough, MA32 min awayReq 2291$78k - $95k

They ask for two years of optomechanical alignment. You have eighteen months of it from the Draper co-op. You also have the Zemax work from your capstone, which this posting names. The gap is real but small, and the hands-on months are what tends to win that argument.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Do you apply to jobs for me?

No. We find the roles and draft the letters. You read them, edit them, and send them yourself. Software that fires off applications on your behalf is a different thing entirely, and when it gets one wrong it goes out under your name.

What if I do not like the jobs you find?

Rate them. Every role on your board has a thumbs up and down and a box to say what was wrong with it. Too senior, wrong city, no lab work. The next search reads that back and avoids the same mistake. You can also rewrite your target description in settings, which carries more weight than any other field. If it is still wrong after a week of that, cancel.

How do you actually find them?

Mostly by reading applicant tracking systems directly. Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workable and others publish structured public listings for their customers. That part is exact, not scraped. We also search company career pages, society and university boards, government portals and public feeds. We honour robots.txt, identify our crawler with a contact address, and link to the original posting rather than republishing it.

Are the cover letters any good?

They give you a solid start, but do not send one as it is. Each letter picks something the posting asks for and answers it with something from your resume. None of them make up a job or a skill you do not have. Send one without editing it and it will read like a machine wrote it, because one did.

Can I cancel?

One click, from your settings page. You keep the rest of the month you paid for. If it is not working out in the first two weeks, email us and we will give you your money back.

What happens to my resume?

It is kept off the public side of the site, and the only way to open it is through a page that checks it is yours. We send the text of it to our AI to do the matching and write the letters. From settings you can download it again, or delete your account and every file with it.

Is this AI?

Yes. An AI reads each posting against your resume and writes the letters. The searching, the link checking and the decision about what lands on your board are plain software, because that part has to work the same way every time.
